We are pleased to announce two new promotions within James Fisher Offshore.

William McLennan

William McLennan has been promoted from life of field manager UK to global life of field manager. William has been with the company for an impressive 19 years collectively and has been a key individual in growing our life of field projects and promoting our capabilities.

William will now be taking on greater responsibility within all James Fisher Offshore regions including working more closely with clients and increasing awareness of our product line capabilities.

William describes his new role as an “exciting opportunity to grow the life of field service offering on a global scale and have the chance to share the full capabilities of ScanTech Offshore and James Fisher with new and existing customers”.

Rhona Heasman

Rhona Heasman has been promoted from proposal lead within the life of field department to proposal manager. Rhona has been a key individual within the James Fisher group since starting her journey with us 10 years ago, demonstrating great leadership skills and execution of core life of field projects.

Rhona will now be responsible for and contribute to achieving the business goals of the life of field product line by preparing high-quality project proposals, engaging with clients to ensure requirements have been understood and working with wider teams to ensure all proposals meet the client’s expectations and are delivered on time. 

Rhona will also be managing and overseeing the proposals team to further nurture and develop their skills and knowledge.
