Talos Bulleit

 

Scope of Work


James Fisher Offshore (JFO) have successfully completed the engineering, fabrication and installation of equipment for the Talos Bulleit SCR and umbilical pull in scope of works, Gulf of Mexico. Operating in deepwater, JFO executed the SCR pull in, as well as the installation of the SCR porch and all clamps, in order to secure the umbilical to the platform legs.

 

Scope of Supply


• HGG55 – SCR winch
• SBN30 – Umbilical/AUX winch
• FA5i – dive support
• Sheave spread
• HPU’s
• 2 x running line monitors
• Diesel generator
• Engineering for all sea fastenings, rigging, onshore and offshore load testing
• Fabrication included, SCR grillage, umbilical grillage, 4 x sheave grillages, 1 x roller sheave grillage and 1 x air winch grillage.

JFO operated a 4 man crew split between 2 x 12 hr shifts, who carried out the JFO engineered load test,
daily maintenance and operation of all equipment during the installation of the pull ins. Due to the
expertise demonstrated by the JFO crew, the scope was completed ahead of schedule with no delays or
down time.
