Halliburton fibre optic yard trial

Scope of works:

Halliburton utilised James Fisher Offshore (JFO) yard space for the successful injection of fibre optic wire into 7000mtr of coil tubing for an upcoming campaign.

Through prior use of JFO’s dedicated yard area and our flexibility in setting up equipment, Halliburton were confident in performing this task safely and efficiently. JFO's highly experienced pump operators offered both technical and operational support throughout the trial and completed the task within a tight deadline.

Scope of supply:

  • 1 x HT400 pump
  • 2 x centrifugal boost pumps
  • 2 x fluid tanks
  • 1 x air receiver
  • 1 x Diaphragm pump
  • 2 x pump operators
  • Mobile lighting and power
  • 20mtr x 40mtr yard area
